How long is a rental day?
Pricing runs in 24-hour periods beginning at your confirmed pickup time. There is no partial-day billing: any started 24-hour period is billed as a full day. We confirm your estimate before you pick anything up.
Can I rent several pieces of equipment at once?
Yes. Add multiple equipment types and quantities to a single availability request. We currently have four paddleboards, three canopies and two rear-tine tillers. Your request is checked against our rental calendar, and we confirm the dates with you before anything is reserved.
Are the photos of the exact rental items?
Not exactly. We use licensed stock photos to show what each item is for. The names and specifications describe our actual equipment, and you are welcome to ask for a photo of the real unit before you pick it up.
Is my rental booked when I request it?
No. Sending the form puts in a request, not a confirmed booking. Nothing is reserved until we check the dates and reply to you. We review every request by hand.
Do you offer delivery?
Not currently. Rentals are customer pickup and return in Bountiful, Utah. We coordinate pickup times by appointment.
What about payment and agreements?
Venmo is currently the primary payment option. Payment, identity verification and the equipment-specific agreement are handled after availability is approved and before pickup.
